Former contributor to The Voice appointed to chair school of journalism at top American university

BESTSELLING AUTHOR and journalist Afua Hirsch has been appointed to a prestigious post at an American university.

The broadcaster will take up the Wallis Annenberg Chair in journalism and communication at the University of Southern California in the spring, serving as the faculty editor and sharing her expertise with USC students in both Los Angeles and London.

A “pop-up” bureau will allow London-based students to research and report on issues in the UK, including the fast-approaching Brexit deadline.
