A FORMER Caribbean beauty queen has offered to teach Jamie Oliver how to make proper jerk sauces in the aftermath of the row over his new rice product.
Aletha Shepherd, the co-founder of Rodie’s, a brand of hot sauces that launched at this year’s Notting Hill Carnival, said: “Jamie’s alright, it’s just his recipes that are a mess and I’d be happy to show him how to make a proper Caribbean sauce full of fresh healthy ingredients.”
