India’s ex-PM Vajpayee passes away

NEW DELHI: Two-time prime minister of India and the most respected leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Atal Behari Vajpayee passed away on Thursday at the age of 93. He was under medical care for nearly nine weeks at the All-India Institute of Medical (AIIMS) Sciences for a kidney tract infection and chest congestion.
