UAE orders emergency panel for Kerala floods

ABU DHABI: President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has instructed the formation of a national emergency committee to provide relief assistance to people affected by flash floods in the Indian State of Kerala.
