Taylor Wessing Prize: Photo of mother and baby shortlisted

The image is one of four selected from more than 4,000 entries by almost 2,000 photographers

A PORTRAIT of a mother holding her baby has been shortlisted for the prestigious Taylor Wessing Prize.

The photograph of Cybil McAddy and her daughter Lulu is by Irish photographer Enda Bowe.

The image is one of four selected from 4,462 entries submitted by 1,973 photographers from 70 countries.

Alice Mann’s portrait of drum majorette Keisha Ncube is also one of the images in the running for the £15,000 prize.
