Cruisers take note! The Titanic will soon set sail – well, at least a replica of the famous Titanic ship that sunk over a century ago.
The Titanic II is set to take voyage in 2022 and will retrace the original ship’s route. Titanic II will feature the same cabin layout as the original ship and will carry the same exact number of passengers and crew members as the original.
The vessel will sail from Dubai to Southampton, England and then to New York.
The original Titanic sank in the North Atlantic Ocean on April 15, 1912 after it collided with an iceberg while travelling from Southampton to New York.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, be aware that standard travel medical insurance policies won’t cover you for those conditions unless you meet the policy’s stability period clause requirements, and so if you do have a health or medical condition your best travel insurance option could be a plan that covers pre-existing medical conditions with no stability period.
Many Canadian travellers with an unstable health or medical condition are under the false impression that their travel medical insurance policy will cover them for treatment costs related to their pre-existing medical conditions while travelling.
Travellers with pre-existing medical conditions who don’t meet stability clause requirements are left with three options – firstly, wait until your medical conditions are stable before purchasing a policy. Or secondly, purchase the policy knowing your non-stable medical conditions and any related conditions won’t be covered. Or thirdly, find a policy that provides coverage for pre-existing medical conditions with no stability clause requirement.
