A man is dead following a shooting incident at Chapman Street, St Michael which occurred around 7:20p.m.
Dead is 23-year-old Shaquille Greenidge, of No. 61 Kensington Lodge, St Michael.
Police say Greenidge was riding a motorcycle long Chapman Street and Kings Street when masked men travelling in a car opened fire.
Investigations are continuing.
Lawmen are appealing to anyone with information about this incident to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 430-7189; Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477; Police Emergency at 211; or any police station.
