Nadiya Hussain suffers from panic attacks and anxiety
NADIYA HUSSAIN has posted an emotional video on social media, after suffering a panic attack that left her feeling ‘helpless’.
The British Bake Off winner suffers from anxiety and panic disorder. She said she was struggling to breathe after suffering a panic attack on Monday.
Posting alongside the video, Hussain wrote: “I'm sharing this video because as a mother as a wife as a 33-year-old woman I feel like I should have my s*** together but that's just me putting yet another judgement another expectation on myself and we are all guilty of doing that!”
