The event will be held at the 2000 Community Action Centre and will discuss the Windrush scandal
ON THURSDAY 29th November, David Lammy MP will be joining local residents at the Pepys Estate Community Centre in Deptford to speak on the Windrush scandal and how to campaign for justice.
Lammy has been one of the most vocal critics against the government’s now infamous “hostile environment” immigration policy that led to the wrongful deportation of hundreds of British Caribbeans who settled in the UK as part of the Windrush generation.
