JAMELIA HAS come under criticism after suggesting that people should be able to change their race as it’s ‘exactly the same’ as changing gender.
The singer shared her opinion while appearing on the Jeremy Vine show, where she came to the defence of Anthony Lennon - the white theatre director who identifies as a black man and received a £406,500 Arts Council England grant for BAME (Black, Asian and minority ethnic) people.
