Officers arrived on Davon Eddington's property with their guns drawn after they suspected him of committing domestic violence
THE POLICE were called on black man after he recited lyrics from a Jay-Z song.
Davon Eddington told TMZ that he was in his back garden having a conversation with his brother over the phone when he quoted one of Jay-Z’s most famous lyrics.
Eddington was discussing LeBron James and the Lakers when he said to his brother: “I got 99 problems, but a b**** ain’t one.”
Police were called by a neighbour who apparently misunderstood Eddington’s Jay-Z quote.
