DINA ASHER-SMITH has revealed that Michelle Obama’s memoir is helping her get ready for the upcoming pressure of preparing and competing in the Olympics.
The sprinter has had an incredible 2018 – which included her becoming the first Briton to ever win three gold medals at the European Championships – but not one to rest on her laurels, Asher-Smith is determined to run even faster in 2019 and beyond.
The 23-year-old has been reading in order to relax in the lead up to a very busy season.
