Jamaican-Nigerian photographer Nadine Ijewere has made history as she photographed British Vogue’s latest cover
NADINE IJEWERE has made history as she became the first black female photographer to shoot a cover for Vogue Magazine.
The south-east London born photographer is behind the lens of British Vogue’s January 2019 issue, which features singer Dua Lipa on the cover.
Taking to Instagram to reveal the cover for the prestigious fashion mag, Ijewere wrote: “If you had told me last year I would have photographed for @britishvogue I would have said not possible, if you had told me a cover I would have thought perhaps in a parallel universe!
