A number of whistleblowers have spoke out about racist and discriminatory treatment
BRISTOL CITY council is fostering a deep-rooted culture of institutional racism, black and minority ethnic workers have said.
An investigation by Bristol Live unearthed complaints of racist bullying and discrimination, which staff say have not been addressed effectively by the council.
The claims have been made by current and former council staff.
Among the accusations are stories of being mistaken for cleaning staff and being subjected to jokes about illegally entering the UK.
