Michael Fuller has said he can't see any good reason why lots of talented people from ethnic minority backgrounds haven't become chiefs

BRITAIN’S FIRST black chief constable has said ‘subtle racism’ within the ranks is preventing ethnic minority officers from progressing within the police.

Michael Fuller, an ex-senior Metropolitan Police officer said it wasn’t a lack of capable officers from ethnic minority background officers that was behind their underrepresentation in top leadership roles.
