SHAMIMA BEGUM is a victim of grooming and the Home Office’s decision to rescind her British citizenship has been driven by Sajid Javid’s leadership ambitions, Diane Abbott has said.
Writing in The Mirror, Abbott said: “When is a groomed 15-year-old girl not a groomed fifteen year old? Answer. When she is a Bengali heritage 15-year-old who happens to have been groomed to embrace the ISIS a death cult.”
She added: “She is now 19. And anyone seeing this sad teenager on the television, mouthing her ISIS ‘lines to take’ will see a groomed and abused young women.
