Social media witnessed a mini-frenzy after US President Donald Trump was spotted adorning a new haircut. 

 

After a game of golf on Sunday, Trump had made an impromptu stop at a church in Virginia, where he was first photographed sporting the new look. 

 

Trump now has a ‘slicked-back hairdo’, a change from his ‘heavily hair-sprayed bouffant style’, reports the Independent. 

 

Over the years, Trump’s haircut has remained a major talking point, with people often mocking him for it. Trump’s hairstyle has also been well-documented by the media, including the Vanity Fair which once published an article 'An Illustrated History of Donald Trump’s Hair. Warning! Don’t Read Before Lunch!'

 

Meanwhile, Twitterati has started discussing the haircut with avid interest. Some, even questioning why Trump's appearance gets wide-spread attention.
