A crew from the Barbados Light & Power is currently at Clermont, St James, the scene of an early morning accident, fixing downed power lines and a pole.
The accident involved one vehicle which crashed into the pole.
When Barbados TODAY visited the scene, the driver was still there. It was not immediately clear if the driver was injured.
Barbados TODAY understands that some residents in the area experienced a power outage for a short period.
That section of the road was also impassable.
