ROOT CAUSES of violent crime in the borough will be tackled as Harrow Council and Young Harrow Foundation have just won over £500,000 in funding from a national Home Office fund to help combat youth violence in the area.
The multi-partner project, in collaboration with a number of local charities, will work to prevent serious crime in Harrow by treating the core issues.
