A man and woman who are separately charged with perverting the course of justice will make their first appearance in the District 'A' Magistrate's Court tomorrow.
They are 18-year-old Toshika Abika Auguste of Harrison's Tenantry, Crab Hill, St Lucy and 22-year-old Niko Nathan Archer of Grape Hall, St Lucy.
Auguste is charged with providing a place of abode for Stefon Greaves, with intent to impede his apprehension or prosecution, knowing or believing that he had committed murder while Archer is accused of harbouring Greaves with intent to impede his apprehension or prosecution, knowing or believing that he had committed murder.
The offences are alleged to have occurred on October 30.
The accused have been on remand at HMP Dodds since Friday after they appeared in the Holetown Magistrate's Court where the prosecutor objected to bail based on the seriousness of the offence and fears that the accused would interfere with ongoing investigations if granted bail.
Auguste and Archer will appear before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the No. 2 Magistrate's Court tomorrow.
