Lawyers have now ruled that David Mesher cannot be prosecuted in Britain
DAVID MESHER, the Ryanair passenger who launched a racist tirade at 77-year-old Delsie Gayle, will not be prosecuted in the UK.
The 70-year-old pensioner faced criticism nationwide, after a video went viral of him hurling vile abuse at Delsie Gayle, calling her an 'ugly black b*****d' during a row on a plane in Barcelona.
After the incident, Gayle said she “felt really frightened” and that he should have been taken off the plane and yet she was the one who was asked to move.
